White Ragù, also known as white bolognese, is a great Italian classic. It is slow-cooked for 8 hours, using milk instead of tomato sauce, to create a rich and creamy sauce. We use a mix of chicken, turkey and pork mince for a high protein and max flavour combo. The dish is served with a Gremolata – a green sauce made of chopped parsley, lemon zest and garlic – which gives an added freshness to this irresistible ragù.
