Bolgogi in Korean refers to marinating and BBQing. Our tempeh Bolgogi will be served with Ssamjung sauce, which is rich and deep with umami and bursting with flavourful ingredients and a nice little heat from the red chilli. The edimami bean salsa adds a great texture to the dish. You can use the lettuce leaves to create canapes or you can make this as a mains-sized salad and enjoy with rice.
