Products will be delivered to the location nominated by you at the time of placing the order. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we are unable to amend customer orders unless these are made 48 hours in advance of the order delivery date.
All deliveries must be checked and signed for by an authorized representative of the customer at the time of delivery.
If any part of an order is found to be missing, damaged or is rejected upon delivery, the customer must contact the shop assigned to the order immediately.
You may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged items for us to process a refund. Upon receipt of your delivery please make all your enquiries within 24 hours, after that we may not be able to process a refund.
