STARTER- Amaebi

Sweet raw red prawn sashimi is a perfect way to start your romantic Japanese meal. Lightly dip it in soy sauce and have it with your sprinkled shiso flowers. That’s all you need.

MAIN- Maguro-don

Akami and chutoro (fatty tuna) donburi with sembei spinkles. We’ve sourced delicious premium quality sashimi and teach you how to make sushi rice easily at home. Enjoy it with shiso and light soy sauce.

SIDE- Rose Radicchio with saikyo miso dressing with orange zest and sembei sprinkles 

Isn’t it beautiful? We thought that since its Valentine’s this month and this rose radicchio would be the perfect accompaniment to your romantic weekend treat. Rose Radicchio is lightly less bitter and

sweeter than your usual radicchio and works well charred on a hot pan and drizzled in saikyo miso dressing.

DESSERT- Kae Shibata’s Basketografie chocolates

We’ve got a special collaboration this month with Kae Shibata, a Japanese chocolatier! Former Ritz chef de partie and now owner of a superb Chocolatier called Basketografie. If you follow us on Instragram, you’ll have seen us raving about how great these chocolates are and so we wanted you to see for yourselves.
