An extraordinary array of the finest cured meats from the North to the South of Italy – the true definition of artisan quality and taste. All the meats are processed by hand and the curing and seasoning is strictly done in the cellar only during the months from November to March: winter temperatures, humidity and experience are the masters.
Our range features Calabrian Salsiccia, Spicy Nduja, Capocollo, Soppressata, Spianata, and Salamino, all available in spicy and non-spicy versions.
From field to table, our Award-Winning cheeses are the result of the artisanal processing of milk, free of additives and preservatives, exclusively coming from sheep and cattle fed on natural pastures and with selected herbs and fodder.

Vegetables with the intense flavour of sun-ripened Italy, from olives and mushrooms to sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and aubergines, our appetisers are only made with the finest ingredients and proposed in different combinations – natural, flavoured, marinated, or pickled – following traditional recipes. It’s important for us to share a taste that has the scent of home.

Our Crispy Focaccia looks like a large rectangle, with a golden colour and a rustic and irregular surface. The traditional artisanal processing, during which the characteristic "eyes" (the holes on the surface) are made, and the use of our Olive Oil, make it crumbly and irresistibly tasty. A true Italian delight.
Our focaccias vary on their toppings and can be Pizzata (when enriched with tomato), Olive Oil (the classic with high-quality olive oil), Taggiasca (when crushed Taggiasca olives are added to the dough), Onion (when the focaccia is infused with onion)
Few selected ingredients enclosed in a jar, keeping the colours and flavours unchanged. Our jams are without preservatives, and without dyes, only fruit processed after harvest and in season. Excellent if paired with cheese or by themselves to end your feast on a sweet note.

Our Chutneys are made with a rich mix of fruits, fresh vegetables, and spices. They are steamed with balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar and brown sugar, and no preservatives.
Our selection of chutneys such as Bell-Pepper, Beetroot, Orange, and Pomegranate, have been specifically produced to make a perfect accompaniment for our cheeses.
