Easter bunny cream tart

This fun and whimsical Easter Bunny showstopper is surprisingly easy to make.  Create on your own or with friends, family and kids, there are lots of different elements to get involved with.  Such as the meringue kisses, making the actual cake base and the piping.  The finishing off is also really good fun-  we have provided everything (mini eggs and decorative springtime silk flowers) to make this bunny your own.  However, do feel free to add berries or other fruits, nuts, chocolates and decorations.  Let your creative side flow.
