- Please check your delivery address is correct including door, telephone numbers and postcodes before you complete your order. Contact us immediately with any changes to the delivery address. This may cause delays for the drivers and may result in a delay in your order arriving.

- If you’re not home or the driver cannot get through to your mobile please leave instructions on where to leave your Kit.
- We’re unable to process refunds if you’re unable to receive your kit on your chosen date.
- Our packers and drivers have the necessary measures in place to minimise contact, with stringent health and safety procedures.
- Unfortunately, we don’t offer gluten-free buns or make any adjustments for dietary preferences.
- All kits will need to be kept refrigerated and consumed within 2 days of receiving it.
- Not recommended for home freezing.
