What's in the box?

  • Strong White Wheat Flour
  • T55 French Patisserie Wheat Flour
  • Tate & Lye Light Brown, Dark Brown and Demerara Sugars
  • Cinnamon or Cardamom
  • Dried Yeast
  • Vegetable Oil and Salt
  • Baking Parchment
  • Dough Scraper
  • Pastry Brush
  • Measuring Cup

What you will need

  • A mixing bowl
  • Small bowl
  • Mixing spoons
  • Saucepan
  • Rolling pin
  • a splash of water and your stove & oven
  • 75g unsalted butter
  • 125ml milk
  • We highly recommend using a stand mixer (with dough hook) if you have one too!

Refrigeration & shelf life

BAKESTERBOX – Store in a cool, dry place. Use within one month.

THE BUNS – Best served straight away! But if you must, store in a sealed container and eat within 2 days. The buns can be frozen, just before baking, and then baked from frozen for 10-12 mins.
