The kit contains everything you need to make four of these beasts, including their hand made, smoky franks, stuffed with heritage breed pork shoulder and juicy beef brisket and of course that good chilli, loaded with slow-cooked, dry-aged ground chuck steak and a blend of ancho, chipotle, cascabel and pasilla chillies.

Whack that in a fluffy demi-brioche bun and top with melted cheddar, diced jalapenos, pickled white onion, sour cream and American mustard and thanks us later.
