At present, delivery prices vary per restaurant. Our delivery prices are from £3.95 – £4.95

Unfortunately, as meal kits are perishable goods, we are unable to accept any returns. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us using our online contact form and a member of the team will assist you.

Deliveries within the m25 are made using our refrigerated courier service. You will receive a delivery window on the morning of delivery and we aim to ensure that all deliveries are made between 8am-8pm. For restaurants that utilise our nationwide courier service, customers will be notified the day before delivery. On the morning of delivery, you will again receive a notification with an estimated 2 hour delivery window. We aim to ensure that all deliveries are made between 8am-8pm. If you are not in to receive your delivery, the courier will leave your item in a safe place. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the package may not be delivered on your chosen day but we aim to get it to you on the day of your choice.
