With restrictions lifting and the weather somewhat improving (except the random spells of snow at the moment), smoothies are a MUST! Here are our favourite smoothie recipes you need to try – you can thank us later!

STRAWBERRY & BANANA SMOOTHIE

If you want a delicious healthy smoothie, then this recipe is for you! All you need for this recipe is cups of frozen strawberries, 1 sliced banana (preferably frozen), 1 cup of milk (any of your choice) and ice. Simply blend everything in a blender until thick and serve! If the smoothie seems too runny, add more fruit and if it seems too thick add more milk or ice! 

PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA & CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE

As peanut butter fanatics, this recipe is one of our faves! For this recipe you will need 1-2 small bananas, 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter, water or milk, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder and ice. Blend all together and enjoy! 

BERRY, BANANA & COCONUT SMOOTHIE

For this smoothie, you will need a handful of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, 1 scoop of banana protein powder, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 cup of water, a handful of chia seeds and some ice. Once again, add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy.

GREEN SMOOTHIE

For a health-kick smoothie to start your day, our green smoothie recipe is what you need! For this recipe you will need 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 cups of water or milk, 1 cup of mango, 1 cup of pineapple, 1 frozen banana and ice. Blend all together and enjoy a nutritious breakfast. It may sound weird to combine all these ingredients together but don’t knock it until you try it!
