TRUFFLE CHIPS

Cut the potatoes into thick chips and place into a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt and mix thoroughly and ensure all chips are coated. Place the chips onto the baking paper and bake for 15 minutes either side until golden brown! Once removed from the oven, drizzle the chips with truffle oil, sprinkle on some seasalt and parmesan cheese! ENJOY!!! 

CURLY FRIES

So for this one – you’re gonna need a spiralizer and if you don’t have one I’m sorry but these aren’t for you! For this we recommend using a teaspoon of paprika, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper. Get your potato, wash it and either remove the skin or keep it (we recommend keeping it!) Place your potato in the spiralizer and twist until the whole potato has been used. Place on a baking tray and cover with sunflower oil and all your seasonings and place in the oven until gold and crispy (this usually takes between 25-30 minutes). Et voila – curly fries at the ready!

WEDGES

Cut your potato in half lengthwise and cut each half in half lengthwise again. Season the wedges in a large bowl. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and combine well. Drizzle with about two tablespoons of olive oil and place on a baking tray before placing in the oven until golden brown. 

SWEET POTATO FRIES

If you’re looking for a healthier option, we definitely recommend making sweet potato fries. Cut into thin or thick chips and in a large mixing bowl add a tablespoon of cayenne pepper and rapeseed oil. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes and serve with some sea salt!

HALLOUMI FRIES

These bad boys are our fave of course! In a bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika (enough to cover all the halloumi). Cut halloumi cheese into ‘fries’ and roll them into the mixture. Heat up oil in a saucepan and shallow fry the halloumi fries for a few minutes on each side. Remove from the pan once crunchy and golden and serve with sweet chilli sauce!
